Project features
Goodluck Hope is located on the southern part of the Leamouth Peninsula, east of Canary Wharf in London, offering a prime location. Developed by Ballymore, one of the UK’s leading developers, Ballymore is known for creating modern and vibrant neighborhoods. Their development of the Leamouth Peninsula has turned the area into a hub of art and culture.
Designed by Allies and Morrison, Goodluck Hope features post-industrial style architecture in every detail of the apartments. The project includes a total of 804 units, offering a range of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and penthouse apartments. Each unit is well-designed, with an open balcony allowing residents to enjoy views of Canary Wharf, the O2 Arena, and the skyscrapers of the City of London. Some units even offer a 270° three-sided river view.
