The original building was built in 1938 and has been used as the U.S. Embassy in the United Kingdom (1938-1960) and the Canadian Commission (1961- 2013).

After the project developer Lodha bought the building, she appointed British architect Eric Parry to carefully deconstruct it stone by stone and restore the code.
Doric columns, ornately decorated arches, and ancient Greek-style horizontal strip decorations, from pillars to doors and windows, are reproduced It has neo-Georgian architectural style with neoclassical features.
The interior design of the project is created by Yabu Pushelberg, a popular godfather-level designer. From soft furnishings to home furnishings, it creates an elegant and low-luxury artistic atmosphere.
In the lobby inside the project, developer Lodha also retained the Oval Room, which has a history of more than 80 years.
