Project recommendation

The development comprises over 2,000 new flats and villas with eight amenities: central gardens, gym, healthcare, primary school, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and office space.

An extensive park and public gardens will surround the project. Bicycle storage and electric car charging stations will provide added convenience for residents.

The Harrow area has a long history of education and is well-served by many of the UK's leading schools.

There are 32 Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ state primary and secondary schools in Harrow. Within walking distance of the development are 10 of the better rated state schools.

Harrow Public School, one of the UK's top nine public schools, is located here and has been nurturing Britain's brightest minds for nearly 500 years.

In terms of universities, the University of Westminster Media & Art Campus, a media giant, is just a short drive away.

In addition, with access to the Heart of Harrow, you can commute to seven London universities, including University College London(UCL), Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, University of Westminster Business School, St Martin's School of Art, King's College London(KCL) and London School of Economics and Political Science(LSE). Covering a student population of over half a million.
