60 Curzon is located in the Mayfair area on the north side of Green Park. It is surrounded by private clubs, niche galleries, fashion boutiques, and Michelin restaurants. Not far from the door is the famous Ritz Hotel in London and the old British style hotel.The department store Fortnum & Mason makes life very convenient.
The project includes a luxury spa and wellness centre, an underground garage with valet parking, a climate-controlled entertainment room and an exclusive club lounge with private access to the ground-level restaurant.
The project itself is the result of the collaboration between PLP Architecture and Thierry Despont, two design firms. It focuses on the Art Deco style that was popular in the 1920s, bringing an old London-style experience that is very consistent with Mayfair..
