1. Located in MillHill East, Barnet, North London, the 190,000 square metre development will comprise 460 quality homes. The community will include a gym with cutting-edge fitness equipment and a choice of fitness classes. A new café will also be built for the community, allowing residents to enjoy a cup of coffee and delicious bread close by.
2. Barnet Borough formally introduced the Mill Hill East Area Action Plan, the plan aims to strengthen the construction of this area, including refurbishment of pedestrian and vehicular pathways, adding a more intelligent design of human habitation, parks maintenance, ecological protection, and other infrastructure, so that the original close to the nature of the environment of the Mill Hill more livable.

MillHillPark is a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Adjacent to the Darlands Lake Nature Reserve (Darlands Lake Nature Reserve) is a variety of wildfowl and fish habitat; Mill Hill Golf Club and Cricket Club is the community sports facilities, weekend health and leisure good place.
The Brent Cross shopping area, a leisure shopping area in the UK, is also the commercial hub of Barnet Borough, with Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall adjacent to the project. London's larger Asian foodhall. New Oriental City has 27 diverse Asian restaurants, providing an intimate near-country food experience for Chinese and international students living in the area.
The neighbourhood of the project brings together some of the better schools in North London, with many of the Jai British Schools located in the area, providing excellent education for residents of this area across all age groups. Within the project area, there are 5 excellent rated primary and junior schools. You can receive British educational resources to prepare for advancing to Oxbridge.
In the 2019 UK GCSE school rankings, Barnet is rated as an outstanding public school district within 20 administrative districts, and of the top 5 schools in terms of exam results, Barnet holds three seats in one fell swoop.
