The home stadium of West Ham United Football Club, London Stadium, within the Olympic Park, now holds about 60,000 people and ranks fourth in the Premier League.

Not far from the project, East Bank will become a major hub for arts, culture, and education in London, including theaters and museums.

In the Here East university town, over 10,000 students will study here in the future. The V&A and BBC will also be stationed there.
