Living Amenities: The project is adjacent to UCL and UAL's East Campuses, located in the Hackney district of East London. Surrounded by parks and canals, it connects to multiple underground lines and is within walking distance to Stratford, the Olympic New Town, and Westfield, the largest shopping mall in East London.
Area Overview: Hackney is a fashionable and vibrant urban community close to the Olympic Park. Renowned for its youthful energy and rapid development, the district is gradually emerging as a new cultural and artistic hub.
Transportation: The project enjoys convenient transportation, with just one underground stop to Stratford for transfers to the newly opened Elizabeth Line in 2022. From Stratford Station, trains can quickly reach London Bridge, and from Bow Road Station, the DLR takes only six stops to Canary Wharf.
Education: The project is surrounded by abundant educational resources, including several public schools rated as 'Outstanding' and 'Good' by Ofsted. It is also very close to UCL EAST.

Project recommendation
London has two Westfield shopping centers, one in West London and the other in East London, just one stop from the project at Stratford. With over 250 shops, 65 restaurants, cinemas, and a bowling alley, it also offers a full range of services such as supermarkets, banks, and pharmacies.

Nearby Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park allows visitors to explore parks, waterways, playgrounds, try the world's longest 178-meter tunnel slide, or experience Olympic-standard swimming pools. The home stadium of West Ham United Football Club, London Stadium, within the Olympic Park, now holds about 60,000 people and ranks fourth in the Premier League.

Not far from the project, East Bank will become a major hub for arts, culture, and education in London, including theaters and museums.
In the Here East university town, over 10,000 students will study here in the future. The V&A and BBC will also be stationed there.

Project resources
Hackney boasts rich educational resources and is one of London's decent school districts. Near the project, there are 26 primary and secondary schools rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.
In terms of higher education, it is very close to UCL EAST and within walking distance to the new campus of London College of Fashion (LCF).
