Project features
Project recommendation
- All homes are equipped with Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems, bringing a constant flow of fresh air into the home.Warm air is extracted from the home and used to heat the incoming fresh air, thus reducing heating needs. The MVHR also filters all incoming air, eliminating pollution.
- High levels of air tightness and insulation mean our homes retain heat.
- All lighting is LED, providing a combination of low energy lighting with large windows to maximize natural light.
